Registration fee includes:

The fees below are per person fees, based on the number of people attending from your organization. To qualify for group discount, registration forms must be received together.

Payment and Cancellation

There are four payment options:
(1) Send in a Purchase Order number; (2) Enclose a Check; (3) Request that Teaching for a Change invoice your organization; or (4) Pay via Visa or MasterCard.

Make checks and purchase orders payable to Teaching for a Change in U.S. dollars only. Cancellations are charged a $50 administration fee. No refunds are available after May 15, 2009. FEIN 45-0496602.
